Return & Refund Policy on Nutritional Supplements

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 60-days for a full, no hassles, 100% money-back guarantee (less shipping). We call this our “Empty Bottle Guarantee”.

To make a return, please email Customer Support, support@equi.life with your returns request. Customer Support will respond within 24 business hours providing you with Returns Authorizations/Instructions.

To expedite your return/refund, we strongly recommend shipping via a trackable service such as UPS or FedEx.

Once your return has been logged in our system, we can either exchange it for a product of equal value, issue a gift card or refund.

At Home Lab Testing Returns Policy

If for any reason you choose to return your at home lab test prior to sending your lab test to our laboratory, you may return it within 60-days for a full, no hassles, 100% money-back guarantee (less shipping).

Once a lab test has arrived at the lab, there are no refunds.

At home lab tests must be completed within six months of purchase. After six months, the test may no longer be sent to the laboratory and no refund will be issued.

To make a return, please email Customer Support, support@equi.life with your returns request. Customer Support will respond within 24 hours providing you your Returns Authorization and Instructions. Upon receipt of your box into our returns facility, we will process your return within 48 hours.

All Lab tests must be registered online before being shipped to our lab facility. Otherwise, we will not be able to identify, track or provide you with your lab test results.

Please note online registration is mandatory. Without a completed online registration, we are unable to provide you with your lab test results and refunds will not be provided.

Return of Therasage Products

Therasage products purchased through EquiLife may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund, less shipping.

To make a return, please email Customer Support, support@equi.life with your returns request.

Customer Support will respond within 24 hours providing you your Returns Authorization Label and Instructions. Upon receipt of your box into our returns facility, we will process your return within 48 hours. Returns are at the customer expense.

Please note: Therasage returns may be shipped to a different facility than EquiLife returns, per the information that will be forwarded to you. Should the return be sent to the wrong address, it will be necessary for us to deduct the re-shipping charge to the correct warehouse from your credit. Thus, please be sure to use the correct shipping address that will be on the shipping instructions provided.

To receive your refund, please follow the instructions below:

  • Ship in Original Box
  • Product must be received in "like new" condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

Return & Refund Policy on Consultations or Coaching Services

Since consultations and coaching involves a practitioners time which has already been completed or reserved in their schedule there are no refunds available.
